Worth reading before you buy. Mock papers are printed specifically for your school in the quantity you specify, and the BECE Prediction is a download. Both have limits on when they can be refunded.

Membership — GH₵200

  • Refundable in full within 14 days of payment, provided you have not bought a mock or the Prediction in that time.
  • Once you have bought anything using the membership, the fee is no longer refundable.
  • If we cannot activate your account through a fault of ours, you get a full refund.

Mock examinations

  • Refundable in full while the purchase window is still open and printing has not begun.
  • Once the window closes and printing starts, papers have been produced to your candidate count and can no longer be refunded.
  • If papers arrive damaged, incomplete, or short of the quantity ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace them or refund the affected portion.
  • If we fail to deliver before the exam date, you may choose a full refund or a credit against the next mock.

BECE Prediction — GH₵1,000

  • Refundable before the file has been downloaded.
  • Once downloaded it cannot be refunded, since the material is then in your possession.
  • If the file is corrupt or will not open, we will replace it or refund in full.

Books

  • Cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund, delivery charge included.
  • After delivery, books may be returned within 7 days if unused and in resaleable condition. We refund the price of the books but not the delivery charge.
  • Wrong or damaged items are replaced or refunded in full, delivery included. Tell us within 48 hours.

How to ask

Call +233 50 479 3858 or email Hillseducationalconsult@gmail.com with your order number — it looks like ORD-1234 for a mock or BK-1234 for books — or your invoice number, INV-1234, and tell us what went wrong.

Approved refunds go back by the same method you paid with: mobile money to the same wallet, card to the same card. Allow 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank or network.

If something has gone wrong

Please call us before anything else. Most problems — a package that has not arrived, a download that will not open, credentials that never reached you — are quicker to put right than to refund, and we would far rather fix it.
